How Can I Naturally Increase My Testosterone Levels?

  1. Get enough sleep: 7-8 hours
  2. Loose weight: being overweight/obese is associated with low testosterone levels
  3. Get more active: strengthening your muscles increases the amount of testosterone your body produces
  4. Make sure your diet includes monosaturated fats (fish, nuts, olive oil, avocado), zinc, and magnesium
  5. Manage stress better

Alcohol consumption has been on the list, but is now largely dismissed because most people aren’t drinking ~120 g of alcohol (the equivalent of 10 beers).

I take #4 as another endorsement of the Mediterranean diet.
