- Get enough sleep: 7-8 hours
- Loose weight: being overweight/obese is associated with low testosterone levels
- Get more active: strengthening your muscles increases the amount of testosterone your body produces
- Make sure your diet includes monosaturated fats (fish, nuts, olive oil, avocado), zinc, and magnesium
- Manage stress better
Alcohol consumption has been on the list, but is now largely dismissed because most people aren’t drinking ~120 g of alcohol (the equivalent of 10 beers).
I take #4 as another endorsement of the Mediterranean diet.
