Working out has many benefits, but there’s one side effect that’s hardly ever talked about: hard nipples. Not everyone will experience this themselves, but real talk: nips clearly poking out during exercise can be embarrassing, and not to mention, distracting for others if they notice (and trust me, you will now). Here’s how to deal with them.
Some use Nip-Guards – I don’t know anyone who has though. There’s also Nexcare tape – same stuff at Nip-eaze in a roll and not in circles, can get so much more tape for the cost. Body Glide will not help.
If you have the problem (men), do not buy white (or any light colour) dry fit shirts to run. Not only it makes the whole thing more apparent, if you run to the point of bleeding it will be bad, really bad. And you can’t disguise it because white dry fit shirts tends to go transparent with sweat.
