Note that 1 cup of cranberries provides almost 6% of the vitamin K daily dosage, and 1 cup of pecans provides 5%. Depending on your diet, it’s worth considering timing your INR test before consuming so it doesn’t throw off your test results.

- Maple Syrup: 0.5 cup – see Tips
- Butter: 0.333 cup, melted

Instructions
Food Preparation
- Apply the crust to the pie plate (recipe)
- Mix all the wet ingredients
- Add the pecans and cranberries
- Pour the mixture into the pastry-lined pie pan
Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Bake for 50 minutes – see Tips
Tips
- Can do entirely maple or corn syrup (meaning, 1 cup), if you don’t have one of them
- Make sure the cranberries are fresh (not frozen), as frozen will lead to a very wet pie
- You may want to put tin foil over the edges, as they can brown up too fast. If you do, put it on for the first 25 minutes, and take it off for the last 25.
