Mediterranean Feta Wrap

Quick and easy.  Iceberg lettuce has been substituted for spinach/watercress, in light of vitamin K concerns.  Red meat is suggested to make up for the iron and folic acid (B9) that the spinach/watercress would’ve provided, with the added benefit of providing B12.  Feta provides both protein and calcium, while being low fat.

  • Tortilla wrap: 1, preferably whole wheat
  • Feta cheese, cubed: 50g/2oz
  • guacamole (recipe): 2 tablespoons
  • Roasted red pepper, sliced (can buy in jars, or make yourself): 1
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped: 2
  • Iceberg lettuce: 1 leaf
  • Optional: Red meat


  1. Spread the wrap
  2. Add the guacamole in the center
  3. Add the Feta
  4. Add the vegetables
  5. Optional: add red meat
  6. Roll up the wrap
