- Whole wheat pita (or tortilla wrap)
Instructions
Food Preparation
- Cut pita in half. Skip this step if using tortilla
- Apply guacamole
- Dice roasted pepper
Cooking
- Cook (or warm) eggs in pan
- Add sauteed stuff, red pepper, tomato, corn, etc
- Add pan contents to pita halves
- Add cheese

- Pita or tortilla, which is healthier? Depends on who you ask/read but there’s more literature on tortillas.
