Carrots in Tahini

Dip carrots in tahini (sesame butter) for a quick snack.  Tahini has a lot of calories, so either be sparing when dipping or have less carrots.

  • Tahini

  1. Cut carrots to preference if necessary

Serve

  1. Dip carrot in tahini
  2. Consume

Tips

  • It doesn’t get any easier than baby carrots
  • Carrots don’t have as much vitamin K as celery
  • Zucchini has even less vitamin K than carrots, and peeling is not a concern
